Favus Real Estate, PLLC was formed in 2021 by Managing Broker Nicole Favus.  Favus Real Estate is the exclusive Property Manager for Murray Place, a mixed-use development in Peoria’s Warehouse District.

Mrs. Favus has been instrumental in the success of the development.  She was part of the redevelopment team in 2016, participating in the complete restoration and remodeling of the property.  During the restoration, Mrs. Favus not only was successful in pre-leasing the residential units but also played a large role in the finish selection for the building.  After the redevelopment, she moved into the role of Property Manager and was responsible for tenant relations, leasing, and operations.

In 2021, Nicole started her own Brokerage, Favus Real Estate, to further her commitment to the property and its tenants.
